My name is Sauna Berry. In the midst of being a mother, a college graduate, the career I thought I wanted was not my purpose.
As a coach, I tackle different areas. Each person has a different story. I have spent many years doing healing and spiritual work and continue to help others on their journey. I specialize in trauma, grief, inner child work, 12 step recovery, sex, motivation, self-worth and prioritizing a mindset of growth.
